No Refund Policy

Due to the limited nature of our products, inventory management, and quality control standards, all sales are final. By placing an order on our website, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

All Sales Are Final

  • We do not offer refunds for any purchases.

  • Orders cannot be canceled after they have been submitted for processing.

Exchanges

Exchanges will only be considered if:

  • The item arrived damaged during shipping.

Any request for an exchange must be submitted within 7 days of delivery and must include:

Shipping Errors

If an error was made by Tru Stoner Corp, we will replace the affected item at no additional cost to you.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Tru Stoner Corp is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after they have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. Customers should contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim when applicable.
