No Chargeback Policy

At Tru Stoner Corp, customer satisfaction is our priority. We are committed to resolving any concerns quickly and professionally.

Chargeback Agreement

By purchasing from Tru Stoner Corp, you agree to contact our customer support team before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or credit card provider.

If there is an issue with your order, we will make every reasonable effort to resolve it through replacement, exchange, store credit, or refund when appropriate under our policies.

Customers agree not to initiate a chargeback for transactions that are valid, authorized, and fulfilled in accordance with the terms of the purchase.

Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks—including disputes filed after receiving the product or service or without first attempting to resolve the issue with Tru StonerCorp may result in:

  • Permanent closure of the customer's account.

  • Cancellation of future orders.

  • Denial of future purchases.

  • Submission of all available evidence to the payment processor and card issuer, including order confirmations, tracking information, delivery records, customer communications, IP address information (where permitted by law), and payment authorization records.

Nothing in this policy limits a customer's legal rights or any rights provided by applicable payment card network rules or consumer protection laws.
